KB4100403: SSD problem in Win10 1803 is fixed

Some time ago, due to compatibility issues, some SSD users updated the Windows 10 1803 version, the SSD power consumption will increase, the fever will exceed the normal level, and the card will die.

Then Microsoft released an update for Windows 10 April 2018 Update (v1803) users, patch code KB4100403, after the upgrade, the system will iterate from Build 17134.48 to 17134.81. KB4100403 solves the problem that some SSD users can't start up after the upgrade, but the power consumption is abnormal.

It is worth noting that this update fixes the incompatibility between Intel SSD 600p series, Intel SSD Pro 6000p series and Toshiba XG4, XG5, BG3 series and Windows 10 v1803. Microsoft recommends that users who use this part of the SSD to update to Windows 10 v1803 can upgrade after May 25th, and the fix will be installed.

Resolved an issue where accessing a web page multiple times could cause Web Workers communication to fail when using IE browser.

Solved the problem of time zone information update.

Fixed an issue where closed captions have not changed since the update was set.

Resolved a stability issue when entering a new audio endpoint while playing audio or video could cause the Edge browser or other programs to stop responding.

Resolved an issue where Windows Hello registration failed on some devices with dual graphics cards.

Resolve system performance degradation that occurs with some vendors' NVMe hard drives.

Note: If you have previously installed some of the previous updates, this update will only download new fixes from this package.
