Yichu Electronic Product Warranty Regulations
Thank you for purchasing Yichu electronic products (hereinafter referred to as "products"). Shenzhen Yichu Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yichu") is very grateful for your patronage. We wholeheartedly provide you with the highest quality service. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making the product. Your use of this product means that you agree to the terms and conditions of the Yichu Electronic Product Warranty Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement")
I. Warranty policy
1. Yichu guarantees to the end user or purchaser of this product (hereinafter referred to as "you") that this product has no major defects in the manufacturing process and that it shall comply with the conditions described in this regulation when using it. If confirmed by Yichu Company that this product has major defects in the manufacturing process and does not meet the published product specifications in actual use, as long as you are the owner of this product and meet the conditions and terms described in this agreement, Yichu Chu will provide the following quality assurance services
1. Memory products
-From the date of sale, the BR brand memory enjoys a service commitment of three years of good replacement and lifetime warranty
2. SSD solid state drive
-Yichu (BR) brand SSD solid state drives enjoy a one-year replacement and three-year warranty service commitment from the date of sale. The specific rules are as follows:
There are two warranty clauses for Yichu SSDs. The first one is that from the day the product is sold, users can enjoy the service promise of renewing the product within one year and replacing the good product within three years under normal use of the product if there is a quality problem. , The warranty time is calculated based on the initial purchase date; if it exceeds three years, the warranty expires; the second, when the total data written exceeds a certain value, the warranty expires. If one of the two warranty limits is reached, the warranty expires. The total amount of data written for each capacity is as follows:
Capacity (GB) 60/64GB 120/128GB 240/256GB 480/512GB 960GB/1TB
Write volume (TBW) 20TBW 40TBW 80TBW 160TBW 320TBW
Take 240GB as an example, the purchase time is more than three years or the written bytes reach 80TBW. In both cases, the warranty is deemed to have ended.
2. The aforementioned warranty period starts from the date when consumers purchase the product (or the date of production). If consumers need warranty services, they should provide proof of purchase (such as invoices, purchase records, shipping orders, etc.). If consumers cannot provide Proof of purchase, the product warranty period starts from the date of production.
3. If you need to replace the product, Yichu may replace your product with a product that has been used, repaired and tested and meets the specifications of Yichu.
4. Yichu after-sales service is only for the product hardware itself, and does not include data recovery.
II. Liability statement
This agreement contains all the responsibilities that Yizhu should bear and all the remedial measures that should be undertaken in the event that you violate this agreement. Yichu does not provide any other express or implied guarantees. Including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, suitability for specific purposes, and non-infringement.
Under any circumstances, Yichu and its suppliers or any branch shall not be liable for any indirect, inevitable, incidental or special damages, any property loss or any loss of data or files, even if Yichu has already Be informed of the possibility of such damage and that any limited remedy cannot achieve its basic purpose. In any case, the amount of compensation paid by Yichu will not exceed the price you paid when purchasing this product. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all the above restrictions and exclusions apply.
III. Warranty restrictions
The warranty described here does not apply to the following situations:
(1) Failure to use this product in accordance with any accompanying instructions;
(2) The product is abnormal or damaged due to the use of third-party products, software or components (regardless of whether it is authorized or not) (such as: used for mining, debugging and other products with a large number of high-frequency reads and writes that cause speed drops or malfunctions, warranty 1 month, within 1 month from the date of shipment, only repairs, non-refundable, non-exchangeable)
(3) Any failure or defect caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized maintenance, modification or accident, and any other circumstances in which Yichu has confirmed that you have violated this agreement after verification.
(4) Failure caused by use in abnormal environments (such as damp, rain, falling, overheated places, etc.), accidents, and man-made damage;
(5) Failure or damage caused by fire, earthquake, flood, lightning and other natural disasters, or unstable voltage caused by power supply problems.
(6) This product is not designed to be used in life support systems or other occasions that may cause personal injury or life-threatening due to product failure. Yichu will not be liable for any losses or consequential losses caused by using this product for such purposes.
(7) Yichu's warranty also does not cover those products with improper packaging, distortion or physical damage at the beginning of receipt. Please check the product carefully when you receive it. You can refer to the sample list (not complete) of warranty restrictions listed below:
①  Products damaged due to improper transportation, use, and storage by the user. Performance is not limited to: (PCB ingress, moisture corrosion, mechanical damage, etc.)
② The product is deformed, deformed or physically damaged, including but not limited to deep scratches
③ Any Yichu label or bar code of the product falls off, or is replaced or modified
④ The product cover has been opened
IV. Instructions for product repair
(1) The customer will express the products that need repair to the designated address of Yichu
(2) Our company and the customer each bear the one-way freight, and have the right to refuse to accept the goods paid on delivery.
(3) The customer needs to properly handle the repaired products. We recommend that you choose a transport company with standardized operations to avoid disputes such as damage to the goods in the later period. The damage caused by the customer’s shipment shall be borne by the customer.
(4) When the customer mails the repaired product, there must be a list with the goods, including the customer's name, model, quantity, capacity, etc. If the goods are lost due to lack of inventory, the customer shall bear the responsibility.
(5) Please back up the original data in the product before sending it for repair. Yichu is not responsible for data loss due to repairing.
Note: The company reserves the right to modify and the right of final interpretation due to obligations.
